With a broad service offering, BTR Group needed a website that quickly built trust and clearly showed what the company offers, for whom, and how to take the next step. The previous website lacked both structure and a modern look, which led to Sphinxly being tasked with developing a new digital presence. The result is a more professional and modern website with clearer service entry points, an improved user experience, and a faster path to contact.
Sharper structure and a clearer offering
To help visitors quickly find the right information, we built a clear service structure with separate entry points for different needs. This makes it easier to navigate the offering - from ongoing bookkeeping and reporting to full-service EOR and PEO.
We worked in parallel with information architecture, content hierarchy, and conversion flows to create a website that both informs and drives contact. With clear CTAs and a more focused contact flow, the threshold for starting a dialogue is lower and the next step clearer.
